A Career of Improving Performance and Changing Behaviors
Phil Geldart is an internationally-recognized leadership authority. As CEO of Eagle’s Flight, his experiential learning methodologies have transformed people, corporations, and leadership teams for over three decades. The author of over half a dozen books, Phil is determined that his message reach as many people as possible.
In 1998, Phil had over 18 years of experience working for Nestle. He was Senior VP of Human Resources, leading a strategic initiative that drove profitability through HR and facilitating various executive training programs.
Early in his career as a corporate trainer, Phil felt there was a better way to help people learn new skills and ways of behaving than the classic approaches to training.
He then pursued that objective, creating his first experiential learning program: Gold of the Desert Kings™. The success he found even in those early iterations fueled his ambition. Phil found a way to shift behavior through experiential learning techniques. From there, everything changed.
Before the close of 1988, Phil founded Eagle’s Flight. Having worked his way up the ladder at Nestle, Phil has a deep compassion for and understanding of the executives with whom he works. His innovative methods target behaviors that drive real-world, bottom-line growth for businesses. Phil finds the potential within each client no matter where they are in their career. A pioneer in bringing experiential learning to companies across the globe, Phil has created an enduring legacy.
Today, Eagle’s Fight operates out of five global offices. In our over 30 years of business we’ve had the opportunity to work with very many of the Fortune 500.
Phil has authored 8 books to date. Phil earned his B.Sc. from McGill University. Though his work takes him across the world, he calls Ontario home.
